He has several years of experience as an investor and director in private consulting companies, especially in the IT Space.

Whether working directly with business owners and leadership teams, or designing channel programs for IT vendors that serve thousands of organisations, he delivers tangible results designed to drive long term profitability and sustainable growth. Luke was Partner Sales Business Manager at Microsoft for several years.
Michael has over 20 years’ experience in both technology and financial markets. During the past five years he has been associated with the production of film and television, including financing through the Producer Offset system. Prior to that he was responsible for the creation and sale, via both ASX listing and trade sale, of various private and start up companies. Michael has held senior management roles including that of Managing Director and Chairman of several private and ASX listed.
George provides professional firms actionable insights from client feedback. He is an adviser, researcher, speaker and author. His specialties include board and C-suite advice, strategy and governance, and keynote speaking. He co-founded a company more than 30 years ago which has emerged as the leading 'Voice of Your Clients' specialist. He is also Executive Director of FirmChecker, Chair to the Program Board for the Master in Legal Business, Principal Fellow at the Melbourne Business School and Senior Fellow at the Melbourne Law School.
Mark has been the Executive Director of Cortex Interactive since 2016 and chairperson at Southern Adelaide Local Health Network Inc. as well as Chair to the Land Services WA and SA. He is an experienced director with a demonstrated history of working in the health, agri and financial services industries with a strong business development professional skilled in negotiation, enterprise risk management, business planning, team building, and treasury. Mark worked for Deloitte, Macquarie Bank and EY (Managing Partner for SA).

Stephane is the Founder and CEO of Antipodes Finance, a M&A advisory business (acquisitions, disposals, RVs fund raising, restructurings) which provides M&A support to Australian start-ups and industrial groups, assisting them with their transactions in France. With a Consulting background (ex-BCG), Stephane has been working in the engineering and defence sectors. He has led and closed several transactions, most of them being cross-border. Florent is the Co-founder and Partner of NOR Capital, a Pan-European Corporate Finance advisory firm focused on the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sectors. He has several years of deal experience in TMT Corporate Finance advisory. He was previously with UBS' Strategic Investments team, with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the TMT M&A team and with two established Corporate Finance boutiques, GP Bullhound and Bryan Garnier, advising from early-stage to very large global firms.

He brings 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and corporate finance in the United States, Europe and Asia. Prior to founding Armor Capital, Guillaume led the North American & Asian divisions of Natixis Pramex International, growing the firm to a team of 25 consultants and advised over 300 companies. In 1998, he founded a New York based hi-tech startup that sold products to Fortune 500 companies including IBM. Guillaume holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School, London Business School and Hong Kong University with a focus on Entrepreneurship.

He has conducted business, led teams and completed M&A deals in 50+ markets. Andre started his career as investment banker at Paribas Capital Markets in Japan.
Christophe is the founder of Intersection M&A, a sell-side advisory boutique that operates in the marketing & communication, media & entertainment and digital tech sectors. Christophe leverages his 25 years of experience in Paris and London in pan-European roles at agencies such as McCann, J Walter Thompson, Fitch or Lewis Moberly where he managed a dozen of acquisitions, as well as their integration. Christophe started his career at JP Morgan in Paris.
Hari co-founded Finvista and is responsible for the overall growth of the firm. He is based out of the Bangalore office. He has several years of deal experience in TMT Corporate Finance advisory. He focuses on Technology, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors and brings more than 25 years of experience. He played leadership roles across IT, Business Process Management, Process Automation and Manufacturing. Hari has unique experience of having completed multiple transactions and lead more than 20 pursuits in areas like SCM, IT Infrastructure, ERP, Engineering Services, Financial Services etc. He has an excellent understanding of cross border transaction practices and has worked on acquisition pursuits in USA, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, and UK.
